Construction

Michael Currently operates a construction company that specializes in remodeling apartments and houses and building mini-storage facilities.

Since he was a young boy he had been involved in and loved all aspects of construction.  His father operated a General Contracting company that specialized in the installation of x-ray rooms and equipment for hospitals and doctors’ offices  in the tri-state area.  Michael learned this trade working for his father first as a laborer, and then slowly learning all the different trades as he worked for his father’s company.  By the time he was 17 years old, he was job foreman on his father’s construction sites.  When Michael purchased his first rental property, a fixer-upper, in 1991, he was put to the test, using the commercial skills he had learned to remodel residential properties.  He has been remodeling residential properties ever since.  He also has expanded his construction expertise by building commercial car washes, fast food building, warehouse and ministorage facilities, tenant build-outs of retail units, tenant build-outs of offices and much more.
