Currently Michael has two major construction projects underway.  He is currently managing the remodeling and construction of a 7200 square foot home, complete with an indoor pool, which is being remodeled to smart home specifications.  His other project is the complete renovation of a 24 unit apartment building that will be completely remodeled and then leased out as Class A apartments.
